Rain customer care sucks

Rain customer care support is the ****tiest most non existant, if you are not buying anything from them.

I have been without service from Friday afternoon and logged several service calls on Askrain. Not one call received from a consultant to resolve the issue. It takes 20 minutes for a consultant to answer a call, just to be told they can't help you, in the chirpiest bull**** voices. Why do we pay for ****ty service from these supposed to be service providers. Rain, it may not mean much to you in the big scheme of things, but you've lost a customer.
