Rain Customer Care is None Existent

Even though Rain have eventually resolved my problem with them, I'm not impressed because it seems their customer care is none existent. Before bringing the matter here I started with their customer care and got no response whatsoever. This was my fifth experience of this kind, where you ask them for support and get nothing back. The only time you get a response is when you put the grievance here on hello peter - so what's the point of having customer care if it's of no help to the customers?.
