Rain Customer care doesn't care at all

I've been asking rain to come replace or fix their faulty Router from the 8th of September and call them till today 12th October. They have been saying the same thing over and over on how their higher stuff will resolve the issue. cancelling them is another problem on its own. I'm tired of this network. Now I'm sitting with a Faulty router that hasn't been working for over 4 weeks and I work from home.
