Rain customer care are ***********. I made payment on 15 Jan and sent proof of payment more than once. They keep giving the same lame excuse every time. I have now been offline for more than 48 hours. My security cameras and alarm system depends on beinh online. I am 68 years old and as such defenceless to threats. This is abhorrent.
