Rain customer care 🚯

Been having very bad internet connection for the past 3 days, when I contact rain support, all they do is send me an email saying “help is on the way” someone will contact me, but no one does. Tried calling their call centre, I just end up wasting my airtime. No one picks up… Bad Customer Care service, bad internet coverage, I’m so disappointed.
