Rain ******

I cancelled my rain contract in November which they promised to cancel n make the last deduction on the 15th December 2021 which they did of 320 which to my suprise was supposed to be 250,its now January the 15 i am stil gettins message tht i am owing 120 which i dont know its for what as my contract is supposed to be cancelled already,.I feel rain is just manipulating its customers into keeping the contract while custpmers are unhappy with their contract.i want rain to cancel my contract and refund the extra money they deducted without my permission 😡😡😡😡
