Rain ******** activity

Rain is the worst. I canceled my contract in Beginning of November an they stated I must pay until end of December but they collected the router in the first week of December. Its now January and they deducted money from my account again and I don't have their router anymore nor using their services. I reported to Ombudsman just now.
