Rain coustomer service - Or let me rather say No coustomer service

What a joke, you do pay top premiums for internet. You log a ticket.... No response... 48hrs later try to log another ticket... There app cant find the towers to run a dignostig.. You on the otherhand must sit right next to your router like a router hugger to get the best signal for them to run a diagnostic... 10 minutes later you are still where you were.. Cant log a ticket because there tower is missing... WHAT MISSING... YES.... after hugging your router for 20 minutes you decide to cancell your service... Or just trying to get out of the spider web... Because service.. No there aint no service... You wrote your review.. After 10minutes of explaining why you want to cancell your service the app tells you that you cant log the cancelation request... Now dear Rain customer service... Please tell me where i can buy customer service for you to assist me... I am fed up!!!
