Rain couriers
I was told to call you to authorise the delivery for my product for today as it is urgent and I have waitined a week for it. I called ccd couriers and they say rain still hasn't contacted them to authorise. Please authorise with ccd courier for them to deliver today

My internet is still not active. I received the router which switches on but the SIM is not actived. I was informed that it would take 2 hours for internet services to be actived on the SIM and the router. I contacted the call centre last night and informed them last night and was assisted by someone who had no idea what was even happening and could not provide me with answers. I asked to be put through to a manager but was instead rerouted back to the call centre to another agent. I want my services connected and working TODAY! If you cannot assist me with that, come and take your router and sim card and cancel my services with you. This has been a horrible experience with a service provider and the lack of assistance solidifies the terrible reviews your company has recieved.
