Rain couldn’t give me their services by try to take money out of my account

Rain is the worst I mean worst company for Wi-Fi . I didn’t have a connection the whole January and I’ve been sending them email and contacting the support online for the call back but not a single day I was called . I have 2 router with them and there was never any Wi-Fi coming in the whole January and in 1st February they are trying to take money out of my account saying it’s for January usage which they didn’t provide me with any services . I’m unhappy I wanted to cancel my contract they say all system don’t work . I spoke to Kunal re(***1) from India I think , he said he will call me back but never did
