RAIN cost me a day without pay

I took a day off to wait for a parcel that did not arrive. On Tuesday 16 April received a call from RAIN that informed me of the migration that comes with two mobile Sim cards, the sim cards were ONLY to be received by myself and confirmed on the spot delivery date to be yesterday 22 April 2024 between 10:00 and 12:00. Needless to say the deliver did not happen. I subsequently received another call at 14:18 yesterday requesting for an extension for delivery before 15:00 on the same day, that also did not happen, and my day went to waste for nothing. Extremely poor.
