Rain contract misinformation

Please don't lie on hello Peter. You did get hold of me and then as I was talking you put the phone down in my ears so I can't communicate everything probably. So again. I paid 2 modems. Was told it's not a contract yet I must pay for a debit order that didn't go through and you gave me (limited internet) that wasn't discussed or agreed. Now you want almost R2000 from me as you **** regard if this was a contract and said I won't be liable if a premium was not received and can continue next month no penalty as it's no contact. So correct my account as it has been paid for this month as was agreed. And regarding cancel I want both sims cancelled if you can't assist me in correcting your mistakes.

Again you lie. Your billing department tried 5 times to ******* take money from me. I won't stand for this poor service. You want to be famous as a company not to be trusted. It's happening already I saw. Fix my account and come take the modems as you won't be begged again to do so.
