RAIN Contract is a big ****.

I took a unlimited data package with the company. The router and 2 Sim cards was delivered and they debited my account. On receipt of the router and Sim cards I tried to access them but there was no network coverage.

I phoned RAIN support number and was told the technical department would contact me, but that never happened. Two debit orders went off my account for RAIN dispute being unable to utilise their devices.

I called them to cancel the contract and requested a refund of the amount they debited, said they needed a notice to cancel. I enquired aboy my refund and they said they will need to check my usage first andthey would do the refund within 24 hours.

They canceled the contract and collected their router and simcards but did not refund me my money that they unduly debited for a service that I did not enjoy.

RAIN should not be trusted.
