Rain continues to disappoint. Does this company actually care about its consumers?

more than a week since I received the rain zero router and 3 sims, yet i still dont have internet access. ive literally logged 10 tickets via their call centre consultants, whom have been very frustrating to say the very least. 10 tickets later, ive still not been assisted. everytime im told my 5g sim isnt connecting to the tower. im really disappointed in rain, this has been a very unpleasant experience. what will it take to get some service from this company?
