Rain continued poor service.

I honestly don’t understand how these people do business. As you can see from my last comment Rain promised to get back to me. Surprise, nothing to date. I would recommend you look for an alternative if you are looking for service.

When I checked the previous review a message was sent asking " Please advise if I can request for a field technician to come over and investigate what could be the issue or would you like to proceed with the cancellation?" but there was no response from you.
