RAIN CONSITANT IN BAD SERVICE

Rain is at it again poor connection very difficult to work, literally right now i cannot even open an email. why is rain doing this to clients. when i joined it used to be a good network. don't know what happened it moved from the best network to the worst. They do not even have customer support like they used to regret using this network. please do not use rain at all.
