Rain connectivity is ****ing ****

Rain network is becoming the worse ****ing network in the country, I am barely getting 1Mbps on a 60Mbps line this is has been ongoing for the past 5 days and not one agent has gotten back too me. They just don't care of there customers but after the money not the service that is why is **** these days. I have logged a ticket, chose the call back option that you have and not one agent cared to contact me too sort my connectivity out. I run a business from home and rely on your network to run my business but these days I cannot rely on anything from ****ing Rain. I just can't wait for your competitor to start running shop and move over where they will put there customers first and not about making money. I guarantee you that even after this hello Peter post not one agent will care to contact me and sort my issue out. If this doesn't get sorted out then trust me I will never make payment cause why should I when I hardly used your service and had too load data just to run my business. Rain is ****ING USELESS and will always be.
