rain connectivity in Soweto

Hi im a rain customer from soweto Emndeni south, ive been experiencing network connection from Wednesday and i tried to contact them but it seems like theres no one to assist me. this is affecting my job now and i might loose it because of all this. i think its not fair because im paying for something that im currecntly not using.
