RAIN connectivity

Hi team

I have had no internet connection since 8pm, 13 Nov 2022.

I have unplugged my router multiple times. I have reset my router multiple times. My router is also placed next to a window as requested by RAIN. Still nothing!!

My area has about 7 towers that my router can connect to if the nearest one isn't working. RAIN has done nothing to fix this either.

I have logged 3 tickets as escalations for RAIN to assist, they've done nothing. See ticket numbers here ***, ***, ***.

Please fix it now!!
