Rain connectivity

I opened an account with this network provider late November 2020. For the remainder of the year the network worked sufficiently. Then the beginning of this year I began to experience alot of problems, from network speed to the network failing to connect to the Internet. I'm in a good area for rain but I'm still experiencing alot of problems. I can't do my work if there's no network. I would love to continue using the network provider if the issue could be solved.
