Rain connections and service

After a start with the Rain 101 which was very good with the 5G application we experienced an outage which took a few days to resolve. I also had a problem with the phone sims which it wasn't well publised how to get them activated with the Rain Phone app. If it wasn't for their service agent Nolifa who guided me through the process I would have been none the wiser. Nolifa was excellent and very patient with the guidance. Overall I would say Rain is a very good service now that all the problems have been resolved.
