Rain connection that is always down its frustrating

Hi Rain 11th May I reported an intermittent connection issue.

Yesterday I reported a no internet connection again was told my connection is reset, then was asked to reboot router, reset and move the router around the house. My connection is been slow the whole of yesterday. Then boom today I don't have internet connection again. This is really frustrating...can someone assist here please. Month end Rain is not going to deduct the hours my connection is been down. I need to work and I don't have internet connection. Ref ***5.
