My Name is Derick Jones and would like to take this moment to appreciate the outstanding assistance I received from one of the guys from Rain THUMBA MTHOMBENI. I have been experiencing slow internet connection with my rain sim card. We communicated via email and my issue was resolved in one day, I even upgraded from the R250 package to the R479 unlimited package that I am really enjoying.
