Rain connection and services is getting worse by the day!!!

In a period of 2 weeks (14 days) we have been off-line for a total of 7 days. First time the service provider was off for 4 days on for a few and now we are off-line again going for the 3rd day. The call centre says we must wait till the critical alarm has been cleared and can't do anything.
