Rain complaint

I have been with Rain Wi-Fi since 2020. Recently my Wi-Fi was damaged by power outage in my area, and I duly reported same to Rain on the 19th of February 2024. I spoke to France at Rain Support and was promised that this will be sorted, and I will receive a new deceive and be reconnected shortly.

Having provided Rain with enough time to get back to me, I followed up again on the same matter on 24th February 2024 and they further promised me again to work on the matter. On the last occasion (24 February 2024) I had spoken to Isaac and provided an email with further follow up from (***). Not surprisingly, my account was debited by Rain with an amount of R529.00. Take note that I am currently paying for a service which I am not able to access. Again, I called on 1st of March 2024 but I was pushed from pillar to post and eventually put on hold with no further assistance.

I eventually dropped the call as there was no feedback or response while on hold. I then received an email from rain support with reference ‪***8‬ to advise me that they are still working on the matter. Since the last debit order ( which was meticulously and without delay taken from my account) it has been a full two weeks without any further feedback and response to my query. I find it unacceptable that a company such as Rain does not have the "Customer Service "initiative to confirm to their own timelines and feedback processes to bring a matter as simple as this to finality. I expect a call on an urgent basis regarding an expedited resolution and a refund or credit on my next debit order as I have not been able to enjoy the services despite having paid. ‪***7‬
