Rain Complaint

The first 3 months of service from "Rain", We had Perfect single. For 4 Months The Service from "Rain" has left a Lot to be Desired. The Internet as a whole is a Joke. Every day, All Day, constant bad signal, we've asked them to come out to sort the bad connection. We Run a Business, We Complain, nothing gets done, What are we PAYING For? The Stone Age is Looking Better than the Service from Rain. Technology, I wonder if they know what it means. Thank You
