Rain complain
I've had this account for months now I didn't have any issues until now. I missed a payment for one month and ever since they have been deducting from my account and now I'm in areas in my bank account I'm truly and utterly disappointed and disgusted with this service and I'm going to take it further

I haven't received any email, phone call, sms ect from rain today regarding my issue. Rain never contacted me on any platform to resolve what's been happening its been 24h I'm utterly disgusted by the service. I don't know whom to go to because I called them last night and the person that I was talking to couldn't give me an email address or contact number to take my matter further all she gave me was an reference number :*** I don't know what to do anymore.
