Rain company is a kleptomaniac!!!!

Rain does not deserve a star, I ordered a sim card,registered it and all that, paid them their R475, I couldn't get internet...okay, clearly where I am I did not have and I moved to a different location a couple of streets away, put sim card in my phone and I had internet there, so I called, they helped me cancel it and i was told i would be refunded as it does stipulate the 7-day period. 3 months later I still don't have my money, each time I call I get sent from pillar to post. I want my money!!!
