RAIN COMANY IS SUCH A DISGRACE

I was supposed to be refund a while back, spoke to Bongiwe and was transferred to Yolanda and she confirmed that the refund pr credit has been processed. It's been 2 months and nothing. You log a call on their website and they will never call you back.

Rain still sucks, actually their service is disgusting, they hide behind fhe terms and conditions when a refund ia due. Im terminating thier services with immediate effect.

I never signed a post paid plan, where did you get the permission to change my plan??? And secondly I don't remember using your services withouy paying 1st, the minute you don't pay Rain deactivates the services, there absolutely no post paid plan yandawo apha.
