Rain Collections - What a horror experience

Almost 2 years later not using rain account I keep on getting threat calls from Rain collection team saying I awe them money.... see message below.

"Final Notice: ELTON ,pay ur rain acc bal R479.00 @ ABSA ***, use your ID number as a reference Call NuDebt *** for support or reconnection"

After asking them countless times for Rain tk send me statement with this claim to no avail and at the same time still getting none stop threatening calls.

RAIN IS THIS YOU? THREATENING ME????
