Rain clowns

Im been using rain internet services for 4 year now December 1st 2024 I pay my subscription like always and I opened I exra line for a different adress14 December and a paid R250 and something too get new line 1 January 2025 I cut both my lines I try too get hold of them numerous times I even went in too a rain shop where they told me they can't help me I have too phone when you phone rain you wait over 30min and still don't get hold of any one rain is such a useless service provider a month later they phone me too tell me I own R1 560 where my line was cut 1 January already so they told me the one is for January R995 where I did not have any connection since 1 January the other line they say I owe R670 the full amount for December where I only had it for 15days a half a month and paid R260 as well 14 December but this clowns say you pay only for what you use so how do I owe full amount for using 15days have a month and paid R260 in December what are you clowns smoking December I paid R995 for December how csn I owe full amount for January if I R995 a month deal was canceled in store 31 December *********** idiots that all I can say
