RAIN - Clouds Without Water

The worst customer service, where do I start. There agents are unfriendly and can't give any direct answers to any question. There website does not work, keeps cutting off. There online RICA that too does not work. There live chat is just that chat, nothing resolved, there support via email, 24,TO 48 hrs it been more than 4 days now. It looks like they offer a product a reasonable price but don't know. Just have not been able to sign up. Will rather pay higher price for data than to wast time with Rain and wind ll tell everyone I know or who wants to get there service. They should change there name to Clouds without Water Network
