RAIN CHNAGED ME FOR SERVICES I CANCELLED

I tried the RAIN unlimited data package and the service was horrific. I decided to cancel the contract.

My request was not followed through, and I have been charged for a service that I cancelled.

I called them today and they have confirmed that nothing was done and now re-submitted my cancellation.

I have requested a refund for services cancelled and I am awaiting a response.
