Rain "charity organisation"
No service for a month now. I was informed I wouldn't pay for the days I didn't use their service and that was all a lie. I told them to cancel since I wasn't getting any service and I was told the account would be cancel month end of September 2022. They are attempting to debit my account everyday since he 1st October it's been 4 days now. Is Rain that poor? I should been told that you are a Charity organization that I'm contributing to. You have lost 3 accounts from my side for the nonsense service you have given to me.

I need cancellation on the 5G that I'm paying nothing for, you people **** to me told me the tower was down when my neighbors had no problems whatsoever. I need the money I payed last month credited back into my account.
