Rain charging my account after cancellation with no refunds!

I have cancelled with Rain, yet they charge R999 to my bank account again. In spite of emails to them, and feedback on their website I get NO assistance. They confirmed the cancellation, and nothing further. How do I get my money back from these people? Bad style, Rain!
