Rain charging money for months u ddnt have access to their service

Hi rain, please help me understanding how your month to month contract works, as u as I owe R2000 while am on a R699 contract and if I don't pay u suspended ur service, I was trying to get hold of the billing department with no as the call center guys says is handled buy billing.
