Rain Charging me for internet that i STOPPED using!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Don't use this network! I stopped my Rain internet, it was pay as you Go! I never used my Rain over 6 months now and Rain is charging me 1250R to pay for something I never used. There can pick it up on the System that I never even use 1Mb and there can't help me, they want me to make payment. My account was sent to The barrier department forcing me to make payment for something I never used... this is disappointing and disgusting how this company try to make money over people... not even 1 star... the customer care is useless. I called them canceling my account and still getting charged, how don't understand how you people are operating, rain is a disappointing to the country. Trying to ***** money from loyal Customers.. please people if you stop using rain make sure you check its stopped of else there will charge you for NOT using there network and you will be in credit problems... I am going to report this company.. people need to know whats going on here. I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE.
