Rain charging extra

I received a statement and paid for my unlimited package and then about a week after my Internet was cut and I'm now told my account is in arrears I'm not ****ing happy with this **** on top of that their response to my query has not been attended to. Fix ur **** I will pay monthly like normal now bring back my WiFi because this is not on. I've never had issues with u guys before and now all of the sudden u want to tell me there's extra costs after giving me a statement and having me pay thinking things are fine. I paid R591 for a R498 package because u guys said I had to pay more and now ur telling me I still owe!!!! Like what the ****!!!!!!
