Rain charges me when I have cancelled

To Rain,

I was charged R479. I called Rain to cancel on the 1 Dec, the cancellation was not done, I then called and called again on the 6Dece which I was promised the cancellation will be back dated to 1 December. This means rain needs to refund me my R479

Today, 31 Dec 2021, I am charged R699 after the cancellation was effected
