Rain charges customer for NO Network service received in Delmas

I bought a rain sim card in Jeppes Reef it worked perfectly but end of February moved to Delmas where there is no rain network. I was told to cancel the rain connection but because I had not paid for the February usage cancelation was impossible online..1 March I communicated with rain on the cancelation but their system said canceling will be effective 1 April. I communicated this request for cancelation 1 March on writing to rain team but the only responded back mid March as their customer service is very poor. Now end of March they have deducted for service I never received in March because their coverage is not there in Delmas. Rain is poor service provider and the are ******* *****ing peoples money for a service they have not provided.. Can rain please stop advertising non available services
