Rain change of date

Change of dates it's a challenge. Was paying on the 25 but lost my job someone had to pay for me month end..is being 3 month paying last Date of the month and tried several times to call or change the date online but failed still. So it means I'm getting a service from 31 to 25 please assist as I can't pay before month end.
