RAIN CEO's join SA Parliament.

My Rain router was reported as faulty months ago. Someone from Rain phoned, and after I verified that it was not a Robot, (it was the first human contact from Rain in a year) she promised that the replacement router would be delivered in two days. Two weeks later the courier made contact to deliver. another two weeks later the courier appeared requesting ridiculous methods of Proof of Residence as required by RAIN. Needless to say, the Courier left with my replacement router. Another two weeks later, Rain asked for a digital copy of the proof of residence - so I sent. Another two weeks later....still NOTHING! These guys at RAIN simply have no shame at all. What an embarrassment this company is for the SA Economy. The CEO's are most probably members of parliament.
