RAIN CEO work is useless as they cannot control the company

We have tried many different options to pay an invoice, the payment is declined on the rain platform and they suspended the service due to non payment. I spoke to lots of people from rain and all say it is a billing issue to be solved but billing is a ghost department. Support is extremely reluctant to assist, i spoke to Senzo, Mashadi, Nthabisile, Mathabela, and few others and a promise was made that some manager, Camille will call me, still waiting a day later. There is no other way to complain or get the service running again. Be careful all out there, RAIN is a difinite **** that will soon just disappear with all money, so much for the work of Willem Roos and Brandon Leigh.
