Rain cellular pathetic service

Hi I've been having issue with rain cellular in my area. Been sending emails and Facebook messages. A consultant called me and said the towers are down in my area and that he is escalated the issue but couldnt give me feed back on time lines. I'm still waiting for feed back and it's been over ten days. Still nothing. And I've been messaging them every day. And he's also putting the blame on covid. It's just plain corner shop business principles that's all. No business ethics.
