Rain cares about there customers (from my experience)

I would like to thank Rain internet service provider for taking the time to reply to my frustrations and for upgrading my internet speed free for 3 months. I appreciate the fact that they have taken the time to reply to my frustrations, as per in my previous review that only had 1 star rating. I think 4 stars is now a more fare reflection of the service i have gotten. I will make this 5 stars if they continue to improve and expand there areas covered. Thank you RAIN!!
