Rain - Can’t RICA their device & Sim

More than 48 hours later they can’t Rica the device and 2 SIM cards. Being more than 48 hours with no internet connection because I cancelled my subscription with the other provider to move to Rain only to be sent from pillar to post literally, speaking to an outsourced customer call centre while I’m in South Africa, and they don’t care, they just keep saying I should be patient, even the floor manager Bushen in India couldn’t help nor get back to me with some feedback. I decided to cancel my subscription. Very bad customer experience 👎👎👎👎 imagine if I’m experiencing this problem already and what’s going to happen in the long run. I won’t recommend their service.
