Rain can't provide sufficient service paid for.
do your homework before you choose Rain as your isp. pay for 10mbs download but only receive 1.70mbs. the worst part is Rain have now outsourced their 'helpdesk' globally so the foreigner on the line cannot assist properly and then they escalate to 24 hrs for a call back but never call back.
