Rain can't do a simple port service 🙄 away from their pathetic network.
Rain doesn't care about their customers. After I wrote the first review, which I did after a full week of trying to contact them, they called to tell me that one of their people would call me. Since I've been waiting, it's been 3 days and no one has called. I want to port back to Vodacom; please help me.
