Rain can't deliver!

I got rain delivered to me on Wednesday, it's Sunday today it's still isn't on. I spoke to 7 rain consultants no one can help they made like they help when you on the phone with them I am very disappointed in them. I need wifi for work and expected them to deliver. I mean their support email and number does not even work. I don't know what else to do I'm at my wits end right now because I need wifi to work. I wouldn't recommend rain to anyone. I thought I could depend on them. But I was wrong! I am very very upset!!!!!
