Rain can't deliver

WHERE TO START!!!

I ordered a Rain internet package about a week ago. Paid for it and everything. Assuming some kind of communication would be send out to me about the time and date of the delivery. Nothing was ever send to me, I had to call them for and date and time.

After calling Rain several time of the status of my package I was told that it would be delivered yesterday. I took the day off as I don't have a dedicated office as I work on the road. The package never came and now I'm being told they can't deliver the package to my family at home as it is on my name.

They (Rain) were the ones who told me it would be delivered yesterday!! I made myself available knowing that I was the only one who can receive it! NOW THEY TELLING ME THEY CAN'T DELIVER TO ANYONE ELSE!!! What is the point of having delivery if only one person can receive it. Let me then pick up the package myself if this the case. you can't ask people to be home all day and NEVER SHOW!

I'm thinking about cancelling the request for the service and going to someone else.
